Meetings and Events 

Sunset at the Palms Resort is an ideal venue for small meetings and events. The resort utilizes its gourmet restaurant location - Lotus Leaf as the venue for meeting during the day and opens in the evening for a la carte dining.

 Lotus Leaf:

700 sq ft ; 65 m/2  Square Room

Catering:

60 persons:     Theater style
40 persons:     School room
60 persons:     Catered food and beverage functions

• Audio Visual is available;  Projectors, Video, screens, computers etc.
• The main buffet restaurant is outdoors but has a separate section that can be used for private meals. Approx. 60pp
• Menu options are available and requirements can be customized or theme nights provided.

Other locations ideal for private functions:

• The resort is across the street from the beach, a short 2 minute walk. The beach area is private to the hotel and includes a beach gazebo bar, Jerk chicken stand/snack bar, bathrooms, changing areas and massage hut. Towels ,umbrellas and lounge chairs are available.
• The main hotel pool area consists of two swimming pools, swim up bar and hot tub. Lounge chairs, towels and umbrellas are provided. All lounge chairs are free and included in hotel price.
